Home Minister's Submits Letter To The Speaker Asking For Permission To Speak In The House

May 07, Kathmandu- Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Rabi Lamichhane has sent a letter to Speaker Devraj Ghimire asking for permission to speak in Parliament. Writing to Speaker Ghimire, Home Minister Lamichhane has submitted a request to the Speaker to arrange time to speak in Parliament regarding the complaints raised about his personal matters.

In the petition, he has drawn attention to the violation of the provision mentioned in sub-rule 2 of rule 15 of the Rules of the House of Representatives, 2079, which states that the relevant minister must give an answer in the House within seven days to the issues raised in emergency, null and special time due to deadlock in the Parliament.
