May 09, Kathmandu- Secretary of Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) Paras Khadka has said that his name has been drawn on social media by saying that his character has been assassinated.

Khadka, who is also the former captain of Nepal, has said that he has drawn serious attention to the unconfirmed and baseless personal accusations being made by various individuals and organizations for character assassination by adding his name to social media.

He clarified that the law of Nepal does not allow anyone to commit character assassination without evidence or make personal accusations without reasoning, and the law of Nepal has opened the way for legal treatment to everyone.

Khadka has said that there will never be any change in his selfless spirit towards Nepali cricket and his determination towards its development and expansion.
