Narendra Modi Filed His Candidacy For Varanasi Lok Sabha Seat

May 14, Kathmandu- Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has filed his candidacy for the Varanasi Lok Sabha seat on Tuesday.

Prime Minister Modi reached the district magistrate's office in Varanasi on Tuesday and registered his candidature.

Before reaching Varanasi, he had worshiped at Dashashwamedh Ghat and Kal Bhairav Temple.

On this occasion, BJP National President J.P. Nadda, Union Ministers and Chief Ministers of 12 states were present at the Prime Minister's nomination program.

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi is contesting elections from Varanasi for the third time. This time, Congress has made Ajay Rai its candidate.
