May 25, Kathmandu- 1 person has died in a motorcycle accident in Kapilvastu municipality-3 of Kapilvastu.

According to the police, 23-year-old Kumar Tharu of Sainamaina Municipality-5 Gadwa of Rupandehi died in a motorcycle accident this morning at Kapilvastu-3 near Mahita Chowk.

In the accident, one person was seriously injured.

Hari Bahadur Oli, Deputy Superintendent of Police, District Police Office, Kapilvastu informed that the motorcycle number 1314 Lu 44 P 1314, which was coming towards Taulihwa, went out of control and fell down the road. According to him, the motorcycle driver, 38-year-old Nirkumar Tharu of Gadwa village, was seriously injured.

Deputy Superintendent of Police Oli informed that the injured Tharu was sent to Medical College Bhairawa for further treatment after treatment was not possible at Kapilvastu Hospital Taulihwa.
