Jeep accident in Gulmi: One dead, seven injured

Jun 03, Kathmandu- One person has died and seven others were injured in a jeep accident in Gulmi.

Deputy Superintendent of Police of District Police Office Shankar Pokharel informed that 32-year-old Kamala Budhathoki of Satyawati Rural Municipality-8 Bharse died when a Bolero jeep numbered C 2 F 3262 was going from Chandrakot Rural Municipality to Purtighat of Kaligandaki Rural Municipality this morning.

According to him, the jeep went out of control and fell down 400 meters from the road and the accident happened.

Deputy Superintendent of Police Pokharel said that the condition of four people injured in the accident is serious. He said all the injured have been sent to Palpa for treatment.
