UTL Will Be Cancelled If The Dues Are Not Paid Within 15 Days

Jun 07, Kathmandu- The Nepal Telecommunication Authority has asked the telecommunication company UTL to pay about 7.5 billion arrears due to various customs.

According to the authority, according to the license issued in Bhadra 2073, UTL has yet to pay 7 billion 420 million rupees in dues. According to the terms of approval by the authority, the installment amount of the renewal fee, frequency, royalty and dues including the rural telecommunication development fund. The authority has also warned that if the mentioned amount is not paid within 15 days, it will proceed with the cancellation process.
