Jun 30, Kathmandu- Two girls were injured when a tractor fell on the roof of a house in Baitadi.

Spokesperson of the District Police Office and Police Inspector Balram Pandey informed that the tractor numbered 01 002 to 4370 fell on the roof due to an accident in Melauli Municipality-3 Talkhet. Seven-year-old locals Nikita Chand and seven-year-old Purnima Chand are among the injured. Both the injured are being treated at Patan Primary Health Centre.

The police said that the tractor carrying stones suddenly fell on the roof of a house one hundred meters down from the road. The house was also damaged when the tractor fell on the roof. The police arrested the tractor driver Dhaniram Dagoura. In the accident, he was slightly injured.
