Jun 30, Kathmandu- Four people including the chairman of Laliguras Cooperative of Lalitpur have been arrested. They were arrested on the charge of misappropriation of savers' money and released by the police.

Among those arrested are 76-year-old president Amardas Shrestha, 46-year-old secretary and chief executive officer Surendra Bhandari, 75-year-old treasurer Amrit Kumar Aryal and 61-year-old member Kamdbaba Joshi Pradhan.

A case of fraud was registered against them on the charge of embezzlement of savers' deposits on 1st Chait 2080 in Lalitpur District Police Complex and investigation was started.
