Bhim Bahadur Kumal As A 'Wild Card' Enters In Paris Paralympic

Jun 30, Kathmandu- Nepalese paralympic swimmer Bhim Bahadur Kumal is going to play in Paralympic Games Paris 2024. The Paralympics will be held in Paris, France from August 28 to September 8.

Craig Nicholson, head of World Para Swimming, wrote a letter to the National Paralympic Committee, Nepal and informed that Kumal will play in the Paralympic Games Paris. It is mentioned in the letter that Bhim Bahadur was selected as a 'wild card' through 'Biparty Commission' in men's 50m free-style S-9 category.

Along with this, it has been confirmed that three athletes from Nepal will play in the Paralympic Games in Paris. Earlier, para taekwondo players Palesha Govradhan and Bharat Singh Bahata were selected. When Palesha was selected through the Asian selection stage, Bharat Singh was selected through a wild card.
