Congress Calls For A Parliamentary Party Meeting

Jul 04, Kathmandu- Nepali Congress has called a parliamentary party meeting to discuss the changed political situation. The Congress has called a parliamentary party meeting to be held next Saturday.

Congress and CPN-UML have agreed on a new power equation to replace the government led by Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda. After the agreement, UML has withdrawn the support given to the government. However, even after the withdrawal of support, the Prime Minister has not resigned.

Prime Minister Prachanda, who has taken a stand that he will not resign, is saying that he will 'face' the Parliament. Therefore, before the meeting of the House of Representatives on Sunday, the Congress has called a meeting of the parliamentary party to discuss.

The meeting will be held on Saturday at 3 o'clock in the Lhotse Hall of the Federal Parliament Building, New Baneshwor.
