Licenses obtained by doctors and nurses should not be considered weak: Minister Yadav

Jul 04, Kathmandu- Health and Population Minister Pradeep Yadav has said that the government should not question the ability of doctors who have been given licenses after examination. He said this while replying to the questions raised by the MPs on the appropriation bill in the National Assembly meeting on Thursday.

Minister Yadav said that the doctors and nurses are skilled as the exams conducted by the government are free of fraud. He also said that the government conducts examinations with doctors in a clean manner and gets the results. He said that the state needs to think about the more than 50,000 volunteers deployed across the country.

Minister Yadav said that if the government can spend enough capital, it will make a policy for doctors to work only in government hospitals, and the amount given by the current government is not enough.
