India-Germany Intergovernmental Coordination Meeting To Be Held In India

Jul 05, Kathmandu- The German Ambassador to India, Dr. Phillipp Eckermann, has announced that this time the India-Germany intergovernmental coordination meeting will be held in India.

During the conversation with WION, Ambassador Ackerman mentioned that the Indian Prime Minister as well as the German Chancellor will also participate in the meeting.

He also said that a high-level delegation including ministers from both countries will participate in the meeting. He mentioned that although the date has not been fixed, preparations are being made to hold the meeting in October of this year.

The last meeting was held in 2022 in Berlin, the capital of Germany. Such a meeting has been held for two years.

During the conversation, he also mentioned that there has been a positive improvement in the business environment in India. He also said that more than 80 percent of German companies in India are preparing to increase investment
