During this, Prime Minister Modi will participate in the 22nd India-Russia Annual Conference, where he will meet Russian President Vladimir Putin.
According to a statement issued by the Ministry of External Affairs, Prime Minister Modi will visit Austria on July 9 and 10. Modi's visit to Austria is also historic because after 41 years, the Indian Prime Minister is coming here.
This is Modi's first visit to Russia after assuming power for the third time and also his first bilateral foreign visit.
Modi's visit to Russia is significant in many ways. On the one hand, Russia's growing closeness with China and on the other hand, when the meeting of the military group NATO, which is considered anti-Russian, is going on, Modi's visit to Russia is seen as meaningful.
