Jul 19, Kathmandu- Representation of 33 percent of women and 20 percent of youth has been ensured in Nepal Communist Party (Unified Socialist). The party has determined the ratio and number of inclusiveness and ensured representation in geography and open and inclusive areas.
The leader Som Prasad Pandey informed that under the ratio and number of inclusion, Dalits 20, tribal tribes 40, Madhesi 20, Tharu 9, Muslims 6, minorities 3 and persons with disabilities 2% have been represented.
According to the principle of inclusion, the age group of 25 to 45 years and the open age group have been determined by determining inclusive women and inclusive open group.
The party, which has ensured the participation of the youth, adults, and the elderly, has a rule that there will be one person, one major responsibility, and a maximum of two terms as the executive head of each level committee.
Now it is not enough for a person to be a central member of any community, gender or age group. In the past, the status of responsibility editing, interpretation of party policy, ability to analyze, and popularity among the people has been based. This provision has been kept as an immutable article of the statute.
A working committee of 299 members and 21 officials have been arranged in the party.
The recently concluded convention unanimously elected 93 central members including Madhav Kumar Nepal as president, respected leader Jhalnath Khanal and general secretary Ghanshyam Bhusal. Two hundred and six central members are still vacant in the party to be nominated.
