Jul 28, Kathmandu- One person died due to electrocution this morning in Tanahun. The deceased has been identified as 40-year-old Shiva Adhikari of Byas Municipality Ward No. 1 Lichighari.

Adhikari was shocked by the electricity. This happened while he was setting up a water pump in the house. The district police office reported the incident.

Tanahun Deputy Superintendent of Police Deepak Kumar Rai informed that he died in Damauli Hospital during treatment.

According to DSP Rai, the body of the deceased has been kept at Damauli Hospital mortuary for post-mortem. He said that further investigation is being done on the incident.
