Around 4 Million Of Revenue Collection From Koshi Tappu Wildlife Reserve!

Aug 01, Kathmandu- Koshi Tappu Wildlife Reserve has collected revenue of 4 million 14 thousand 794 in the financial year 2080-81.

According to Binay Kumar Mishra, assistant conservator of the reserve, 4 million 14 thousand 794 revenue has been collected from forest safari, para-tourists, forest farmers, forest walk, elephant safari and fines.

Most of the money was collected from domestic and foreign tourists. In the year 2079/80, the office collected revenue of Rs 3 million 994 thousand 408.

More domestic travellers arrived in the winter. Students from educational institutions in the eastern region now frequently travel to the reserve for educational purposes. Visitors from other nations must pay a fee of Rs 1500, while those from the South Asian Regional Cooperation (SAARC) region must pay a fee of Rs 750. Once the money is paid, you have 12 hours to go.

Basudev Baral, general secretary of Koshi Province of Hotel Business Association, said that more tourists will come to Koshitappu after the promotion of reservation. Different species of birds, deer, rhinoceros, and elephants are the major attractions of the reserve.
