Aug 01, Kathmandu- A full bench of 9 judges has been constituted in the Supreme Court on Thursday for the final hearing of the case related to contempt of court. A full bench was formed under the chairmanship of Chief Justice Bishwambhar Prasad Shrestha.
The bench consists of judges Prakashman Singh Raut, Sapna Pradhan Malla, Prakash Kumar Dhungana, Hari Prasad Phuyal, Nahkul Subedi, Binod Sharma, Mahesh Sharma Paudel and Balkrishna Dhakal.
The final hearing is about to be held in the bench of 9 judges on the writ filed by the deputy registrar of the Supreme Court, Govinda Ghimire, regarding the news published in Sidhakura.com to object to the retired Supreme Court judge Anand Mohan Bhattarai.
Earlier, the bench of Justices Kumar Chudal and Binod Sharma had ordered to take this case to a larger full bench.
