Traditional Rally In Kathmandu On The Occasion Of World Indigenous Peoples Day (Photos)

Aug 09, Kathmandu- Today the '30th International Day Of The World's Indigenous Peoples' is being celebrated. World Indigenous People's Day is going to be celebrated with the original slogan of the United Nations, which is the protection of the rights of indigenous people who are living separately and have recently come into contact.

On the occasion of the day, a rally with a traditional rally was held in Kathmandu under the leadership of the Nepal Federation of Indigenous Nationalities. Magar, Tharu, Newar, Tamang, Rai, Limbu and other ethnic organizations have taken out rallies under their respective banners. The participants in the rally are dressed in traditional dress.

The rally which was taken out from Bhrikutimandap will reach the Pragya Bhawan in Kamaladi and will turn into the main ceremony.
