Successful Test Of 1000 Km Per Hour Train In China

Aug 09, Kathmandu- China's novel ultra high speed (UHS) maglev transport system has successfully tested a train running at 1000 kilometers per hour in Shanxi province.

UHS has tested the train in collaboration with the China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation. and Shanxi. As a result, the train's control system, stable suspension, and safe stopping system have been successful, according to China's official media CGTN. This train runs due to maglev technology (magnetic) power. Due to the maglev technology, the train moves on the track built on the ground by the power of magnets.

In tests, the top speed and suspension height are reported to be identical. It is mentioned in the report that all the systems of the train worked normally and worked according to the theoretically prepared assessment. The test also proved successful the performance of long-distance fixing and maintenance, coordination between systems in low air pressure areas, navigation control and other major technologies.

The UHS Maglev Transportation System began construction of the train in Yangguo in April 2022. It has been made capable of traveling at high speed by combining aerospace technology and railway transport technology. In the future, it is said that this system can be used as a transport between big cities in China. Which can travel from Beijing to Shanghai in about an hour and a half.
