Aug 29, Kathmandu- e-Cab Nepal, a digital platform where taxi booking can be done online, has expanded its services in Lumbini Province. According to the managing director of the company, Santosh Mandal, e-Cab has extended its service to Lumbani, Butwal, Bhairahawa and Palpa at once.
In the initial stage, the drivers will not have to pay commission for the service that will start from Sunday in these cities, said the board.
The company is also running 'Bike Hamro, Aamdani Yours' service targeting students. Under this, the company will provide bikes to students and share the income, he said.
Passengers travelling to Nepal from different countries can book a schedule online and get a private taxi at the airport in e-Cab.
Likewise, there is also the facility of parcel delivery throughout Kathmandu Valley via e-Cab Nepal. Mandal informed that the company has collaborated with Mad-Aid Agency for parcel delivery.
More than 10,000 taxis have been affiliated to e-Cab Nepal so far.
