Sep 03, Kathmandu- Foreign Minister Arzu Rana Deuba has said that there was a positive discussion about air routes during her visit to India.
While informing about her visit to India at the meeting of the International Relations and Tourism Committee under the House of Representatives held on Tuesday at Singha Durbar, she informed that she had talked about the air route with India and agreed to hold a meeting of the technical team.
She said that she had talked with India about Bhairahawa and Mahendranagar air route. Similarly, she informed that the agreement about Pancheswar has almost reached the final stage and that it will be moved to the final stage.
She mentioned that there was no discussion on the EPG issue and that it would be discussed at an appropriate time.
She also informed that during her visit to India, she had a meeting with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and a message was handed over with the invitation of Nepal's Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli.
