Shigeru Ishiba To Be The New Prime Minister Of Japan

Sep 27, Kathmandu- Shigeru Ishiba is going to be the new prime minister of Japan. The name of the future Prime Minister of Japan has been approved after the leader of the ruling Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) Fumio Kishida.

According to media reports, Shigeru Isiba, who is also the former defense minister, is going to be the new prime minister of Japan. On Friday, Shigeru Isiba was elected as the leader of Japan's ruling LDP and the country. As the party has full control of the lower house of the parliament, Isiba is now certain to become the prime minister of Japan.

In Japan's democratic system, the lower house of parliament is considered very powerful. 67-year-old Ishiba defeated Economic Security Minister Sanae Takaichi in the first and second round of voting. Isiba has won the party leader election for the fifth time.
