Oct 24, Kathmandu- Koshi Chief Minister Hikmat Kumar Karki has given the responsibility of the Health Ministry to Physical Infrastructure Minister Bhupendra Rai.
On Thursday, Chief Minister Karki also gave the responsibility of Health Ministry to Rai, who is leading the government from the Congress. Koshi has a 10-member cabinet consisting of 8 ministers and 2 ministers of state.
