Oct 28, Kathmandu- The Supreme Court has issued an interim order on the dispute over the land donated by businessman Min Bahadur Gurung for the construction of party office of CPN-UML.
On Monday, a single bench of Judge Sunil Kumar Pokharel issued a short-term interim order.
Advocate Gyan Bahadur Basnet had filed a writ in this dispute and the Supreme Court has also called both sides for a discussion.
