Oct 29, Kathmandu- The All India Football Federation (AIFF) is going to file a complaint saying that Nepal stopped the game for more than an hour in the semi-finals of the SAFF Women's Championship.
The day after the match, AIFF decided to file a complaint with SAFF, according to Indian media.
The match on Sunday night was stopped for about an hour after Nepal refused to play due to a controversial decision by the referee. Spectators threw bottles on the field over the referee's decision. Nepal took the game to a tiebreaker by scoring in the restarted game. After that, Nepal won the tiebreaker by 4-2 goals and reached the final.
