Deepak Manange Sent To Dillibazar Jail

Nov 12, Kathmandu- Rajeev Gurung (Deepak Manange), a member of the Gandaki Provincial Assembly who was arrested after being found guilty of murder, has been sent to Dillibazar Jail.

Manange, who was arrested from a small ladder in Kathmandu on Tuesday, was presented to the Kathmandu District Court by the Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) of the police.

After that, he was sent to Dillibazar Jail for the execution of the Supreme Court's verdict in the case of attempted murder.

Manange was sentenced to 5 years imprisonment by Patan High Court in the case of killing another gangster named Chakra Milan Gurung with a sharp weapon in Kathmandu on 31st Baisakh 2061.

Manange was arrested by the police after finding him guilty, which will be upheld by the Supreme Court on the 20th of Kartik.
