T20 Series With Pakistan 'Clean-sweep' By Australia

Nov 18, Kathmandu- Australia has clean-swept the three-match T20 international cricket series with Pakistan. Australia won the series by 7 wickets in the third match on Monday and won the series 3-0.

Australia completed the target of 118 runs given by Pakistan by losing 3 wickets in 11.2 overs. Australia's Marcus Stoinis played an unbeaten innings of 61 runs off 27 balls with 5 fours and 5 sixes. Similarly, Josh English scored 27 runs. Jake Fraser-McGurk scored 18 runs.

Abbas Afridi, Shaheen Afridi and Jahandad Khan took one wicket each for Pakistan.

Before that, Pakistan, who won the toss and batted first, scored 117 runs in 18.1 overs, getting all out. Babar Azam scored 41 runs while Hasibullah Khan scored 24 runs.

Australia's Aaron Hardy took 3 wickets with 21 runs in 4 overs. Spencer Johnson and Adam Zampa took 2 wickets each while Xavier Bartlett and Nathan Ellis took 1 wicket each.

Australia won by 29 runs in the first match and won by 13 runs in the second match.

Pakistan had won the previous ODI series by 2-1.
