China Formally Announces Prime Minister Oli's Visit

Nov 29, Kathmandu- The Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs has officially announced the visit of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli to China. Mao Ningle, spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs there, informed that Prime Minister Oli will be on a visit to China from November 17 to 20 at the invitation of Premier Li Keqiang of the State Council of China.

Prime Minister Oli, who is going there at the invitation of Chinese Prime Minister Li Keqiang, will meet with Chinese President Xi Jinping, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has stated. He will hold bilateral talks with Chinese Premier Jiang and also meet with Zhao Lijie, Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress of China, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has stated.

During the visit, Prime Minister Oli is scheduled to deliver a keynote address at Peking University. The Prime Minister is also scheduled to address a Nepal-China Business Forum jointly organized by the Nepali Embassy in China, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), and the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has said.
