Mar 04, Kathmandu- The government is preparing to increase the salaries of doctors and nurses.

Addressing a program organized on the occasion of the 75th foundation day of the Nepal Medical Association in Kathmandu on Tuesday, Minister for Health and Population Pradeep Poudel informed that the government is moving forward to pay doctors and nurses remuneration as provided by the Labor Act.

He said that the government is moving forward to increase the salaries of doctors and nurses in both the government and private sectors.
