Trump told reporters at the White House that Iran wants to make a deal with the US but he did not know how.

“We met on Saturday. We are meeting again next Saturday,” Trump said, “but Iran must give up the idea of ​​nuclear weapons. They should not have these weapons.”

Trump added, “We will take strong action if necessary. Not for us, for the world. These are extremists, they should not have nuclear weapons.”

The first round of indirect talks on the nuclear issue between the US and Iran took place last Saturday.

Now there will be another round of talks next Saturday. According to the BBC, if a deal is reached, US sanctions against Iran could be eased.
