May 04, Kathmandu- The third edition of the Chief of Army Staff National Tennis Tournament has begun with the technical support of the Nepal Tennis Association and the organization of the Nepal Army.

The tournament was inaugurated by Lieutenant General Nirmal Kumar Thapa on Sunday at the tennis court at the Jangi Adda. The army has organized the tournament to produce excellent players.

One hundred and ninety-six players, including 15 women, from nine different clubs are participating in the tournament, which will run until Baisakh 28. The matches of the tournament will be held at the tennis court at the Jangi Adda and Dasharath Stadium.
