May 08, Kathmandu- CPN-Maoist Centre MP Rajan Dahal has demanded that the Nepal government's official position be made public on the ongoing tension between India and Pakistan.

Speaking in the House of Representatives, MP Dahal said that it is unnatural for the Nepal government to remain silent, citing the Indian attack and Pakistan's strong warning in response. "A clear and official position from the Nepal government is needed on the issue of the dispute between India and Pakistan," he said.

He argues that as the chair of SAARC, Nepal should make its diplomatic response public on such a sensitive issue.
