May 08, Kathmandu- Seventeen children have been injured when a school van carrying students met with an accident in Bhimsthan, Tinpatan Rural Municipality-2, Sindhuli. Seventeen people were injured when a van carrying students of Gairishankar Boarding School (Na 1 Jha 6302) met with an accident in Bhimsthan, Tinpatan Rural Municipality-2.

According to Superintendent of Police Laldhwaj Subedi of the District Police Office, Sindhuli, the condition of six of the injured students is moderate. They are being taken to Sindhuli Hospital for treatment. The other injured are undergoing treatment at the Bhimasthan Health Post. There were 25 people in the van. The van lost control and the accident occurred. Further investigation is underway, Superintendent of Police Subedi informed.
