Jun 10, Kathmandu - Singer Rachana Rimal has been admitted to the hospital.

She had reached Rukum West for a musical program and suddenly developed health problems. She was taken to Nepalgunj from Rukum West by a Nepali Army helicopter from Surkhet.

Sources say that she was brought to Kathmandu from Nepalgunj on Tuesday morning and admitted to the hospital.

She had reached Rukum on Monday and was preparing to perform at the festival being held at Beltapu in Saniveri, Rukum West on Tuesday. But she was brought to Kathmandu on Tuesday morning after she suddenly developed stomach pain.

She has been admitted to HAMs Hospital in Kathmandu.
