Jul 14, Kathmandu - InDrive, a global mobility and urban services platform, has held a ‘Drivers Meet and Greet’ event with its driver partners in Kathmandu.
The event was organized to express gratitude for the hard work and dedication of drivers, encourage dialogue, and further strengthen InDrive’s commitment to ‘freedom of choice’ and ‘community empowerment,’ according to the company.
The company said the event played a role in strengthening the bond between the company and the drivers who power its services. The event paid tribute to and recognized the drivers who are dedicated to serving InDrive.
The event featured interactive Q&A sessions with InDrive APAC leadership, a recognition and appreciation ceremony for top-performing driver partners, and discussions on improving the driver experience and support system.
“The driver partners are the key to our journey’s success,” said Nikolai, Head of Driver Operations for InDrive APAC. “This meet-and-greet event was just a small effort to express our gratitude to our driver partners. But more importantly, it was a place to hear their experiences, understand their concerns and challenges, and learn from them.”
He added, “We are committed to building InDrive as a people-first platform, where freedom of choice, transparency and fairness are core values. Our aim is not just to improve the service, but to make a positive difference in the lives of everyone we connect with.”
The event served as a launchpad to announce upcoming platform improvements and new features and initiatives designed to further enhance the driver experience. InDrive has outlined its plans to make the lives of its driver-partners easier, safer and more profitable through innovation in technology and services.
