Jul 17, Kathmandu - The government is preparing to remove three industries that occupy only space in the Nepalgunj Industrial Area.
The Industrial Area Management Limited Branch Office, Banke is preparing to cancel the land and building agreements with the three industries.
The three industries are Shree Alanur Metal Rolling Mills, Roshan Craft Metal E, and Shree Euro Trading and Overseas Metal E. Of these industries, Alanur signed an agreement to produce copper and aluminum utensils in 2055, while Roshan Craft and Euro signed an agreement to produce metal utensils in 2070 and 2073, respectively.
Alanur occupies 403 ropanis of land in the industrial area, while the other two occupy 1 and 2 ropanis respectively. The Industrial Area Management Limited has stated that the agreement with Alanur has expired, the dues have not been paid and the industry is also closed.
Similarly, Roshan Craft has also not paid the dues and the industry is closed. The situation is similar with Euro Trading.
For the same reason, all three industries are being removed from the industrial zone. For this, the Industrial Zone Management Limited Branch Office, Banke has issued a 35-day notice in the name of all three industries.
