The organizing committee of the Lakhejathra festival made the schedule of the International Invitational 3rd Taplejung Gold Cup public on Thursday after reaching the Pathibhara Temple at an altitude of 3,794 meters.

According to the public schedule, in the first match, Tellok Sporting Club will face The Young Brothers Club Itahari of Sunsari. This time, Tellok Sporting Club has represented the organizer. In the special presence of District Coordination Committee Deputy Chief Krishna Prasad Lingkhim and Lakhejathra Steering Committee Chairman Sagar Maden and former Chairman Devraj Gurung, office bearers and members, Lakhe Jatra Operation Committee Treasurer Dawa Sherpa has made the match schedule public.

According to Sherpa, in the second match of the first round on Shrawan 15, Sahara Club Pokhara will compete with Red Star Football Club Jhapa. Similarly, in the third match of the first round on Shrawan 26, Legend Football Academy of Siliguri, India will face Church Boys Football Club Kathmandu.

In the final match of the first round, on Shrawan 27, Madhesh's strong team Salhesh Yuva Club will compete with Phidim Sporting Club based in Panchthar in the eastern hills, Sherpa informed. Eight teams are participating in the competition.
