Aug 24, Kathmandu - The Nepali film 'Magne Raja', which was released on Friday, Bhadra 6, is currently receiving immense love from the audience. Viewers are saying that the film thoroughly entertained them, and viewers have said that the film also raised their voices about the political situation in the country.
Meanwhile, the two elders in the film, Magne Budha (Kedar Ghimire) and Takme Budha (Wilson Bikram Rai), are shown in the roles of maternal uncle and nephew.
Even though the Magne budha is poor, he has no greed in his heart. He is of the nature of helping every poor and needy person in society. He does not get drunk when he has a lot and does not panic when he does not have a lot.
However, this is the same Takme Buddha who helps the beggar set foot in the city, who helps the beggar Narayan, who came from the village, in every way to make him the beggar king, but the avatar he shows at the end of the film is not something even the beggar himself could have imagined.
Director Rishi Lamichhane, who returned to directing after seven years, has made the film a comedy genre, but he has also tried to make it educational and message-oriented, as well as show a certain amount of suspense.
It is probably because of a combination of everything that the film is now succeeding in drawing the audience to the theatres. The audience has equally loved the pair of Magne Budha and Barsha Siwakoti in the film.
