Sep 02, Kathmandu - Dr. Govinda KC, who began his 23rd Satyagraha demanding reforms in medical education, has broken his fast on the third day. He broke the Satyagraha on Tuesday afternoon as his health condition became serious.

After his glucose level dropped to 27, on the doctor's advice, he stopped the satyagraha by drinking juice from 52-year-old Pritam Chaudhary of Kanchanpur, who was undergoing treatment at Geta Hospital. He is currently undergoing treatment at the same Geta Medical College.

KC has been experiencing tingling, muscle spasms, and irregular heartbeat. He will be hospitalized for a few days for treatment.
