Preliminary Nepali Team Announced to Play Against India

Sep 26, Kathmandu - The preliminary Nepali national team for the international friendly football match against India has been announced. On Friday, the newly appointed head coach of the Nepali national women's team, Naveen Neupane, announced a 35-member preliminary squad for the friendly football match.

According to the All Nepal Football Association (ANFA), the match will be held in Sikkim, India on October 26.

The preliminary squad includes goalkeepers Angela Tumbapo Subba, Anjana Rana Magar, Usa Nath, Sushila Chaudhary and Leela Joshi.

Similarly, Nisha Thokar, Samiksha Ghimire, Manmaya Damai, Pratiksha Chaudhary, Bimala Bik, Pooja Rana, Amrita Jaishi, Sajni Thokar, Hira Kumari Bhujel, Neha Kumari Chaudhary.

The midfielders are Bimana Chaudhary, Anita Basnet, Renuka Nagarkote, Preeti Rai, Saru Limbu, Savitarana Magar, Saraswati Hamal, Chandra Bhandari, Anita KC, Hima Raut, Deepa Shahi, Tulsa Bohora, Senu Pariyar, Sukriya Mia.

Similarly, the forwards are Rashmi Kumari Ghising, Rekha Poudel, Mina Deuba, Purnima Rai, Jennifer Magar, Savitra Bhandari.
