Seriously Injured in Bus Accident Brought to Kathmandu by Army Helicopter

Oct 03, Kathmandu - The seriously injured in the passenger bus accident that occurred in Mahottari today have been brought to Kathmandu for treatment by a Nepal Army helicopter.

The two men and four women who were seriously injured in the accident have been brought to Kathmandu for further treatment along with civilian paramedics, the Army Public Relations and Information Directorate has said. Two people died and 40 were injured when a passenger bus crashed in Khayarmara, Bardibas Municipality-11, Mahottari.

Similarly, the Nepal Army today rescued the body of a person who drowned while fishing in the Chisapani section of the Karnali River and handed it over to the Nepal Police. The person was found dead by other security agencies and locals deployed from the Army's Sudurpaschim Pritana Training School, Kailali.
