Oct 03, Kathmandu - The District Administration Office has issued a prohibitory order since Friday evening following a clash between two communities in Devpura Rupaitha, Janakpurdham Sub-metropolitan City-20, Dhanusha.

According to the order issued by Chief District Officer Shankarhari Acharya, effective from 6:30 pm, activities such as gatherings, processions, demonstrations, meetings, sit-ins, hunger strikes, vandalism or arson have been completely banned within the prohibitory order area.

It is said that a dispute occurred between two communities during the immersion of the idol of Durga Devi after the conclusion of Dashain.
