Oct 04, Kathmandu - The government has suspended the operation of all long-distance vehicles, including those entering and exiting the Kathmandu Valley, for three days starting today. This decision was made in response to forecasts of heavy rainfall and the potential risk of disasters.
The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Authority issued an urgent public notice on Saturday, announcing that the ban on transport operations will be in effect from Ashwin 18 to 20.
