Oct 06, Kathmandu - The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has implemented new rules for bringing family and relatives on a visit visa.
Now, the UAE has made a provision that the sponsor's source of income should be strong when sponsoring family, relatives or friends in the UAE.
According to the new UAE regulation, the minimum monthly salary of the sponsoring person will now be between 4,000 and 15,000 dirhams.
Separate monthly income limits have been set for those bringing family, relatives or friends.
If you are bringing parents, spouses, and children to the UAE on a visit visa, the minimum monthly salary should be 4,000 dirhams.
If you are bringing relatives such as grandparents, brothers, sisters, and grandchildren, the monthly salary of the person bringing them should be 8,000 dirhams. Similarly, if you are bringing relatives such as uncles, aunts, and aunts, you will also have to earn 8,000 dirhams per month.
When applying for a visit visa, you will have to submit a document proving your relationship.
It is also possible to take friends other than relatives to visit. However, it is mentioned that the sponsor's salary should be 15,000 dirhams per month for this.
The applicant must submit a passport with a validity of at least 6 months and a return ticket.
Various media outlets there have mentioned that the UAE has made new arrangements to increase transparency and improve visit visa entry.
