Oct 10, Kathmandu - Nepal's women's national cricket team will be represented by six players in the upcoming MCA Women's Interstate T20 Championship in Malaysia. The participating players are Seeta Ranamagar, Kavita Joshi, Rajmati Airee, Rubina Kshetri, Pooja Mahato, and Kabita Kunwar. The tournament is scheduled to take place from October 18 to 28, organized by the Malaysian Cricket Association.
According to a press release from the Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN), these players will showcase their talent in the international competition. This participation follows Nepal's recent successful five-match T20 series against domestic Malaysian teams, which Nepal won 3-2.
This opportunity provides valuable international experience for the Nepali women cricketers and is expected to boost the development of women's cricket in Nepal.
