Nov 03, Kathmandu - Three out of the four films released for Tihar have not been able to attract the audience.

The box office reports of 'Soltini', 'Baristha Balaram', which were released on Kartik 6, and 'Maijharo', which was released on Kartik 7, show that the number of viewers watching these films is low.

The film 'Jerry on Tople' starring Nayak Anmol KC, which was released on Ashwin 31, has received a high response from the audience.

According to the Film Development Board, the film has collected a gross of Rs 105.1 million till Saturday. 333,605 tickets have been sold for this film.

The film with the lowest audience support is the Prakash Saput and actress Parikshya Limbu starrer film 'Soltini'. This film has been watched by a total of 8,000 viewers.

According to the board, the gross collection of this film till Saturday is only 2.88 million. This is a very weak business.

Similarly, the film 'Barishta Balaram' starring Bijay Baral and Dayahang Rai in the lead roles has collected 2.48 crores gross.

The film 'Maijharo', directed by actor Wilson Vikram Rai in his debut, has collected 1.95 crores gross. In this film, the hero Dhiraj Magar, heroines Miruna Magar and Diya Pun Magar are in the lead roles.
