Nov 08, Kathmandu - Prime Minister Sushila Karki has called on the new generation to use their conscience in the upcoming elections by registering their names in the voter list.
In a video message on Friday, Prime Minister Karki reminded the public that in order to exercise their conscience properly, we citizens must have an official voter ID card.
The Election Commission is conducting the voter registration process across the country by Kartik 30 for the upcoming House of Representatives elections scheduled for Falgun 21.
"To make Nepal, the dream of the young generation and all Nepalese, a reality, first of all, you and we should make our voter ID cards. And then we should use it properly and choose the right representative", said Prime Minister Karki. "To fight the current situation and move forward together in the development of the country, every eligible citizen should make good use of their voting rights. To make good use of their voting rights, let’s go to the nearest election office and make a voter ID card today."
