Nov 08, Kathmandu - Kageshwori Manohara Municipality has launched an Innovation Center in collaboration with Genus Solutions. Genus Solutions is a UK-based IT consulting and cybersecurity specialist company.

It is claimed that this is probably the first Innovation Center launched by the municipality in Nepal. The second batch of IT employment workshops for local youth was organized on Friday in collaboration with Genus Solutions.

Addressing the event, Bhim Dhakal, Executive Director of Genus Solutions, urged the local youth to actively participate in the workshop and enhance their skills. He said, “IT literacy has now become a necessity for people of all age groups, especially the youth.”

Dhakal expressed gratitude to the municipality for prioritizing the skill development of local youth.
