Writ Petition Filed by 74 Madhesh MPs Against Chief Minister's Appointment for Wednesday

Nov 11, Kathmandu - A writ petition filed by 74 lawmakers from Madhesh Province has been registered against the appointment process of the Chief Minister of Madhesh Province.

The writ petition filed by 74 lawmakers from Madhesh Province was registered in the Supreme Court on Tuesday.

Krishna Yadav, the leader of the Madhesh Province Congress parliamentary party, said that they have filed a writ petition in the Supreme Court against the government formed in accordance with Article 168, Clause 3 of the Constitution.

The filing of the writ petition has been scheduled for Wednesday (Kartik 26).
