Nov 13, Kathmandu - Bikram Maharjan has been appointed as the head coach of the Nepali national women's futsal team.

On Thursday (Kartik 27), the All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) appointed Maharjan as the head coach of the national women's futsal team. Today, ANFA General Secretary Kiran Rai handed over the appointment letter to Maharjan.

Along with Maharjan, ANFA has appointed Naresh Shrestha as the assistant coach of the team.

Nepal is playing the SAFF Women's Futsal Championship to be held in January. The tournament will be held in Thailand from January 13 to 26, 2026.
